1. Be open to attending a fitness class with her.

This is one of the ultimate ways to a fit girl’s heart. Before we started dating, my current boyfriend attended his first yoga class with me. I was shocked that he was open to it even though he’s a manly-man who’s only into bodybuilding and weightlifting. It made me see him with a new set of eyes… that he’s willing to get out of his comfort zone for me.

2. Be flexible and understand her schedule.

If your fit girl has to attend a booty ballet class on a Saturday at 8pm, you let her. If it conflicts with your date, be able to compromise with her on a schedule that would work.
