I went hiking recently with a group of friends and it was a reminder of how much I enjoyed being outside! I’m a huge fan of outdoor activities, being able to combine my love for nature (yasss to scenic views) with a chance to exercise really puts me at my happy place. Not to mention, the weather in NYC have been amazing lately, perfect for taking a hike.

Comfortable workout attire is recommended during hiking, I wore my PrAnA leggings with some beat up Nike sneakers (hiking can be dirty). Oh, and don’t forget to slather on the sunscreen. The UV rays along the trail is no joke. My boyfriend learned that one the hard way…
