A fit girl has many best friends, and I’m not talking about the human kind. I’m talking about those must-haves inside your gym bag and simple day-to-day necessities that you can’t live without. A good deodorant is one of them.

Sorry if this sounds gross, but I sweat a lot at the gym. Not sparkle, I sweat… because that’s what you’re suppose to do when you’ve had an intense workout. Needless to say, I care about personal hygiene and smelling good despite being sweaty.

It’s that time of the year, Fall season and especially October is made for everything and anything PUMPKIN. You guys know what I’m talking about, all you pumpkin spice latte lovers, (who cares if that’s #basic), am I right?

To be completely honest though, I’m not a huge fan of the too sweet and no-doubt fattening pumpkin spice lattes. They’re great for Instagram photos but not ideal for my healthy lifestyle. Instead, I opt for something that’s still seasonally appropriate, and #gymflow friendly: the pumpkin banana protein smoothie.
