It’s that time of the year, Fall season and especially October is made for everything and anything PUMPKIN. You guys know what I’m talking about, all you pumpkin spice latte lovers, (who cares if that’s #basic), am I right?

To be completely honest though, I’m not a huge fan of the too sweet and no-doubt fattening pumpkin spice lattes. They’re great for Instagram photos but not ideal for my healthy lifestyle. Instead, I opt for something that’s still seasonally appropriate, and #gymflow friendly: the pumpkin banana protein smoothie. YUM!
